If you don’t have a house now, your situation will be worse in the next few years, because the human population is growing faster than available accommodation. Even if you have to diet, or use a cheap phone, do all you can to save and invest in order to buy a piece of land. Then gradually build your house! And remove your eyes from your parent’s house. Especially if you have siblings. If you want to progress in life, remove any thought of what you are going to inherit from your parents from your mind. That mentality affects your drive. It robs you of your gumption. It prevents you from giving life your best shot!
