Scripture Reading: Ephesians 2:10

I welcome you to this great week by the grace of Him who is able to do all things, Jesus Christ our Lord, blessed be your name.

I had an encounter with a sister of recent, whose she has lost all hope of living. No parents, no one to run to for help. She was depressed and downcast. She concluded probably she was a mistake on this planet. Are you also in that situation, thinking that you are a mistake? Nothing is working for you, everyone have left you. No, that’s not true, I am bold to tell you today that you are not a mistake and you got to believe that.

God made you for a purpose. He knows what that purpose is. When you don’t know why something was made, you can easily abuse it. It doesn’t make sense to ask the creation what its purpose is—ask its Creator. You may be thinking, “you don’t know where I came from, the things I’ve done. You don’t know my family, my parents, my background”. You may think your past excludes you from God’s great purpose for your life.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Understand this: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you.”(Jeremiah 1:5). You don’t come from a background. You don’t come from your parents. You may have come through them, but you didn’t come from them. You came from God. Your assignment can’t be messed up by your circumstances or your past.

Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” When you were created, God encoded you for an assignment, and He gave you the power to get it done. The enemy’s job is to pull us out of that divine assignment, out of the will of God.

God is too resourceful to send you here without a purpose. Read; (Nahum 2:13, Psalm 46:9) Silence every voice speaking contrary to the purpose of God for your life. The Blood of Jesus speaks instead; Loud and Clear! To be continue tomorrow morning by God’s Grace. Good morning and do have a great week, peace.

Prayer point: Thank you Jesus for this revelation, I am not a mistake, I am on a mission and God knows about it. Praise God. Amen!
