Scripture Reading: Matthew 25:1-13

“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish [thoughtless, silly, and careless], and five were wise [far-sighted, practical, and sensible]. For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take any [extra] oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil along with their lamps.”(AMP)

POWER BANK: Means a portable device to charge mobile phone and tablet computers. In the same way, it’s a device that has been powered for a particular purpose especially when a mobile phone run out power.

Mostly everyone one value appreciate the use of POWER BANK and in some cases, most people go extra mile to protect, preserve and make sure it has sufficient power so as to cover up when devices power runs out. This is so serious that especially when you are out of electricity in your environ, you are not mostly concerned about your mobile phones but you are concerned about how to charge your POWER BANK to the fullest because it has the capacity to take you two or three days depending on gadget place on it.

But the moment you fail to charge your POWER BANK at all cost, you get stranded at the most needed time. The same way so many Christians got stranded because they have not been charged up by the word of God. They are like the five foolish virgins, they have the lamp but there is no oil in them. The wise one however took extra oil with them. Every Christian need that extra oil, that’s POWER BANK, so as not to be stranded.

To be continue tomorrow morning by God’s Grace. Good morning and happy Sunday, peace.

Prayer point: Father, let your word have a place in my heart everyday, that I will not be stranded in life in Jesus Christ name. Amen!
