*LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE.*(Series 6) *Scripture Reading:* Galatians 6:10 *"So then, while we [as individual believers] have the opportunity, let us do good to all people [not only being helpful, but also doing that which promotes their spiritual well-being], and especially [be a blessing] to those of the household of faith (born-again believers)."*(AMP) Welcoming you to another beautiful day in His presence. May you continue to be a shining light even in this perverse generation in Jesus Christ name. Yesterday I started showing you what it really means to make your light shine. We receive Great light as we proceed today in Jesus Christ name. Amen! *3) By carrying out work of love:* To love is to seeks opportunity to do good to all men, and especially in the household of the faith. *Spread love everywhere you go; first of all in your own house; don't be an hypocrite/pretender. A failure husband or wife at home but very loving and nice outside.* Give love to your children, to your spouse and your neighbor. *Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier, no matter the circumstances around you, let your light create an avenue of happiness.* A Christian can make his light shine by being the living expression of God’s kindness. *"The one who says he is in the Light [in consistent fellowship with Christ] and yet habitually hates (works against) his brother [in Christ] is in the darkness until now. The one who loves and unselfishly seeks the best for his [believing] brother lives in the Light, and in him there is no occasion for stumbling or offense [he does not hurt the cause of Christ or lead others to sin]."* (I John 2:9-10 AMP) *4) By maintaining a healthy relationship in the society:* The society will live in is fast decaying and ungodliness is fast increasing every day. *Do we isolate ourselves from the society? No, that’s not what Christ is saying. He is saying that as Christians we can stay in it but as light.* The Christian light can have a positive effect on the society by maintaining healthy relationship.
