Scripture Reading: Genesis 17:1

“When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty; Walk [habitually] before Me [with integrity, knowing that you are always in My presence], and be blameless and complete [in obedience to Me].”(AMP)

Continuation from where I stopped yesterday on ways to total freedom:

2) Develop intimacy with God: Intimacy in this context mean to create an atmosphere of closeness and openness towards God. From the above scripture, immediately after the birth of Ismael by Haggai the maid of sarai to Abram, that God spoke to Abram to walk before Him and be blameless.

God knew that Abram has to retrace his step back to him for him to fulfill destiny. “Then Abram fell on his face [in worship], and God spoke with him, saying, “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, And [as a result] you shall be the father of many nations.”(Genesis 17:3-4). Building intimacy with God help someone to experience total freedom. Daniel 11:32b says; “….but the people who [are spiritually mature and] know their God will display strength and take action [to resist].”(AMP)

3) Avoid Sin: Sin is a violation of God’s will. And for anyone to experience total freedom, such person must avoid sin. Romans 6:1-2 says; “What shall we say [to all this]? Should we continue in sin and practice sin as a habit so that [God’s gift of] grace may increase and overflow? Certainly not! How can we, the very ones who died to sin, continue to live in it any longer?”(AMP). Shall we continue to sin, practice witchcraft and still expect Total freedom to take place? No! Say no to sin, consecrate yourself and live a holy and righteous life, then your total freedom can be guarantee and be totally free. To be continue tomorrow morning by God’s Grace. Good morning and do have a great day, peace.

Prayer point: Cast me not o gentle savior, in your mercy, hear my humble cry and restore the joy of my salvation in Jesus Christ name. Amen!
