*TOPIC: AVOID DWELLING ON YOUR PAST.*(Series 12) *Scripture Reading:* Luke 9:62 *"But Jesus said to him, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back [to the things left behind] is fit for the kingdom of God.”*(AMP) Blessed be the name of the Lord for His unmeasurable Grace from the beginning of these series teaching, be praised Lord. And as we conclude the series today, our lives shall experience Great transformation in Jesus Christ name. Amen! *Replace any negative thoughts with a new pattern of thinking. Renewing your mind with Scripture. Use the struggle to turn toward God in dependence on Him in prayer. Determine if unforgiveness is at the root of dwelling on the past and take action.* Refocus on gratitude, giving thanks in the midst of difficult circumstances. Make sure the past has been fully faced processed and healed. And also trust the promises of God as you turn away from the past and toward His promises. *Are you dwelling on the past? What will it take to let go of the past and start moving forward?* Today's Scripture remind us that looking back is dangerous to your future and believing in the Lord. Your lives is already in the hands of God, why looking back and remembering the past pain? Conclusion: To operate in new levels of favor, we must forget our past; learn to forgive others and ourselves. God saved you, cleansed you of your sins and made you white as snow by the washing of his blood. Do you want a blessed and glorious future? Make a change today by forgetting your past. *The past holds you back from what God has for you, it places shackles on you, it weighs you down, stresses you out and depletes your energy.* Break free today from your past. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. God has plans to prosper you, let go of your past! Walk in the strength of the word of God today. *You can’t really know God if you keep holding on to your past!* Good morning and do have a fruitful week, peace. *Prayer point:* Thank you Jesus for this great light.
