Scripture Reading: Matthew 19:5-6

“and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined inseparably to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let no one separate.”(AMP)

Every marriages in one way or another have it own season of waiting room and it’s in that waiting room that birth out destiny. So, you must understand that every situations you find yourself in your marriage are period of WAITING ROOM and your relationship with God will determine the outcome of that waiting room, either it will be positive outcome or negative outcome.

The scripture says, what God has joined together, let no challenges, circumstances, tribulations, sickness, storms, childlessness, parents, neighbor, friends, wealth, greatness, poverty, no one separate. Verses 7-9 of the above scripture says; “The Pharisees said to Him, “Why then did Moses command us to give her a certificate of divorce and send her away?” He said to them, “Because your hearts were hard and stubborn Moses permitted you to divorce your wives; but from the beginning it has not been this way. I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”(AMP). As a child of God, there’s no room for you to be separated from your wedded wife or husband except for sexual immorality and despite that, the Lord didn’t give you Grace to marry another wife or husband when your spouse you divorce is still alive. If you remarry while the spouse is still alive, you commit adultery. This is God’s standard for godly home.

Tomorrow morning by God’s Grace, I will be showing you another aspect at which there’s tendency for the marriage to collapse if the couples don’t pay attention to it and live with mature understanding. Good morning and do have a great day, peace.

Prayer point: Lord, let there be a healthy, holy balance of give-and-take that is full of love, mercy, and gentleness in my marriage in Jesus Christ name. Amen!
