*TOPIC: MARRIAGE, GOD'S REVEALED WILL.*(Series 19) *Scripture Reading:* 1 Peter 3:7 *"In the same way, you husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way [with great gentleness and tact, and with an intelligent regard for the marriage relationship], as with someone physically weaker, since she is a woman. Show her honor and respect as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered or ineffective."*(AMP) I concluded yesterday that I will begin to show you another aspect in which there's tendency for the marriage to collapse if the couple especially the husband don't live with the spouse in a mature understanding ways. Let begin to observe it one after another: *1) Early stage pregnancy:* Marriage has different stages and that's why the couple must have read, be aware, acquired relevant knowledge about it before going into it. *If the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable. Be marriage literate, don't just jump into marriage because you are of average age and working class, it beyond that.* Early stage pregnancy in marriages is another phase on its own, and if you have not acquired relevant knowledge about it, I tell you the truth, at this stage, your marriage will start tearing apart. Because at this stage, you will be seeing some different things about your wife that's quiet different from her character and attitude, and what's the cause of this, early stage pregnancy. Woman nature are different in early stage pregnancy. *I have seen a couple that, the moment the wife is pregnant, the husband must begin to have special savings because, the wife must be admitted at the hospital at least two weeks in a month for nine months pregnant duration.* Imagine if the husband is illiterate and know nothing about marriage, what do you think will happen? And there are some wives, at the beginning of their early stage pregnancy, there will be no problem, infact, some will not even visit the hospital once except for anti-natal. Remember today's scripture that says, *"..husbands should live with their wives in understanding way..."* To some wives, from the beginning of their early stage pregnancy, the husband can not enjoy sex with them again till the delivery time. It's not their fault but nature. *And to some, cooking is another problem for them, Infact, some will find it difficult to eat the delicious meals they prepare but prefer someone else food outside for her to be satisfied. Husbands needs to live in an understanding manners on this aspect, if not, love will start waxing cold between both of you.* To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
