*TOPIC: DON'T WAIT, PURSUE, OVERTAKE AND RECOVER ALL.*(Series 10) *Scripture Reading:* 1 Samuel 30:8 *"David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this band [of raiders]? Will I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you will certainly overtake them, and you will certainly rescue [the captives].”*(AMP) *3.Overtake:* Revelation 12:11 declared; *And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death."*(AMP). Here is where it gets good. This is where you reclaim and take possession of what the devil has stolen from you. It’s game over for the devil, and he knows it even right from the beginning. *Jesus has won the battle, so therefore, concerning your entire life, no victory for the devil and hi agent.* When God told David to pursue, He followed it by saying this: *“You shall surely overtake them and without fail, recover all”* (verse 8, NKJV). Guaranteed success! That word is for you today, too! Praise God. But as you move into the process of overtaking the enemy, remember this, it won’t be instant, and it’s going to take perseverance. “David attacked them from twilight until the evening of the next day” (1 Samuel 30:17, NKJV). *That’s a long battle! And he was likely weary just as you too. You probably lost hope in that your long time battle and it seems all hope was lost.* But that’s part of THE BLESSING, not to never have to fight, but to have so much dominion over your enemy that when he comes against you in one way, he will end up fleeing seven. That situation you counted to be a serious battle, has been won many years ago. *All you need to do is to activate the new man(Christ) in you and then rise and take your rightful place. Overtake with full force and never you agree for setback and failure. You can do it, yes you can overtake.* To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
