*TOPIC: GREAT MERCY.*(Series 2) *Scripture Reading:* Matthew 17:14-15 *"When they approached the crowd, a man came up to Jesus, kneeling before Him and saying, “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic (moonstruck) and suffers terribly; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water."*(AMP) Yesterday, we can see the situation of the woman caught in the act of adultery and the respond of Jesus Christ in that scene. Don't forget that I described Mercy yesterday as undeserved favor, undeserved to live, undeserved to benefits from others good portion due to some reasons but the intervention of God always qualify a man to deserve the undeserved. No doubt, living without God's mercy is death. That means, everyone needs God's mercy to live a fulfilled life. The above scripture was about a man that's about to loose a son to untimely death due to the unnamed sickness that befall him and almost every time, death is always around him due to the reaction of the push of the sickness. The father had tried all means but all are in vain. Even the disciples couldn't respond to it despite their familiarity with Jesus their master. *"And I brought him to Your disciples, and they were not able to heal him.”*( verse 6 AMP) Imagine the stress and the condition of this man trying to rescue the boy from dying and at that time, all what the boy need s nothing but MERCY. *I don't know your tough situation that you're presently going through and you have spent all you have. You have prayed and fasted, sowing seeds and all manners of steps but yet, nothing positive is coming out of it. I speak with authority today, receive the divine intervention of God now in Jesus Christ name. Amen!* I will be sharing with you tomorrow morning by God's Grace about what happened when mercy speak.
