*TOPIC: SUDDEN CHANGE.*(Series 4) *Scripture Reading: 2 Samuel 6:12 *"Now King David was told, “The Lord has blessed the house of Obed-edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the City of David with rejoicing and gladness."*(AMP) Today, I will be showing you two other examples of people that experience sudden change; *3 Obed-Edom:* When God want to bring a sudden change into a man's life, He can use anything as a channel in bringing that change without owing anyone apology. King David is to bring back the ark of God to David city in Jerusalem but unfortunately for him, something happened in the process of moving the ark of God to David city that led to the death of a young man called uzzah. Verses 6-7 says; *"When they came to Nacon’s threshing floor, Uzzah reached out [with his hand] to the ark of God and took hold of it, because the oxen [stumbled and] nearly overturned it. And the anger of the Lord burned against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his irreverence; and he died there by the ark of God."*(AMP) The death of uzzah led to David's anger and determined not to proceed in moving the ark of God to his city anymore, that, definitely if the ark of God can killed someone that's trying to help it from falling down, it not safe in his city as well. *For this reason, he changed the location and move it down to a man that has been trusting God for a supernatural turnaround unknown to David. Obed-Edom received God's ark with Joy and gladness into his house and the Lord visited him and his entire household.* The ark of God becomes a tool of sudden change for Obed-Edom and he was indeed blessed. No one noticed the waiting time of Obed-Edom but when the sudden change took place, the good news spread go viral until it got to David that God had blessed Obedodem because of the presence of God's ark in his house. *The moment your season of change comes, everything begin to work in your favor. Despite the fact that David came to move the ark of God from Obed-Edom house to his city, God's blessing never depart from Obed-Edom house.* To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
