*HELP AGAINST MY ENEMY.*(Series 5) *Scripture Reading:* Luke 8:11-15 *"Now [the meaning of] the parable is this: The seed is the word of God [concerning eternal salvation]. Those beside the road are the people who have heard; then the devil comes and takes the message [of God] away from their hearts, so that they will not believe [in Me as the Messiah] and be saved."*(11-12 AMP) We started looking at what qualifies you to receive help against your enemy, we shall continue from where we stopped yesterday. *When you lack God's word, it means, disconnection from the throne of Grace. Because the word its self is God (John 1:1).* *3) Be Doer of God's word:* The scripture above explained the meaning of the parable of the sower. *"But as for that seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the word with a good and noble heart, and hold on to it tightly, and bear fruit with patience."*(Verse 15). Note the word: "Good and noble heart", "hold unto it tightly" and "bear fruit with patience." The word of God must be received by a good and a noble heart. A heart that's not contaminated and corrupt. And when received, it must be heard unto tightly. Guide it with passion and also, the word must bear fruit in you. *There's absolute no way you can receive help against your enemy if you're not rooted and grounded in God's word. The enemy always have there way in the life of any Christian that lacks the word.* *4) Learn to Retreat:* Mark 1:35-37 says; *"Early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left [the house], and went out to a secluded place, and was praying there. Simon [Peter] and his companions searched [everywhere, looking anxiously] for Him, and they found Him and said, “Everybody is looking for You!"* It has become a lifestyle to Jesus. Always retreated Himself from the crowd and even amidst the disciples. *When you retreat or separate yourself always, it helps your stability and connectivity to the father always.* Don't be ignorance of the devices of the devil. Learn to Retreat, separate yourself at all time. Your enemy will submit in Jesus Christ name. To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
