*MARRIAGE: PRINCIPLE ON HOW TO MANAGE MONEY IN A HOME*(Series 6) *Scripture Reading:* Psalm 37:21 Today is the concluding part of the series and I believe that God has blessed you in many ways to the glory of God and to the shame of the devil. I hereby employ you to continue to manifest in this knowledge. Let's consider the last point: *5) Stick with your plan:* As you follow your plan, you will begin to pay off your debts. Every time a debt is paid in full, mark that debt off your list. *There is a tremendous value to you in paying off your debts.* You are obeying God, and God will bless you for it. *"Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law."* (Romans 13:8) Settle one thing in your mind: Never run away from your debts. *It is not a disgrace to owe a debt, but it is a disgrace to evade an honest obligation.* A Christian can never justify his failure to honestly face up to his obligations. *Running away from your debts is not only dishonest, but it will also cause you to lose your self-respect and the respect of others as well.* Our today's Scripture says; *"The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously."*(psalm 37:21) It becomes a sin for anyone who refuse to pay his debt. God is unhappy with you but the moment you strategies base on the listed points above on how to pay off all your debt, you have obeyed the Lord. As christian, let this thought be in our heart, *THERE IS NO WAY I CAN PLEASE GOD IF I AM A DEBTOR.* Follow the above principles and make your marriage heaven on earth and fulfill the will of God.
