BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF PEOPLE WHO IMPACTED OUR SOCIETY POSITIVELY ON THEIR FIELD OF WORKS EPISODE ( 87)Runtwon(Nigeria) Early life of Runtwon Runtown was born on 19 August 1989 in Enugu the capital city of Enugu State in the southeastern region of Nigeria but grew up partly in Abuja the federal capital territory of Nigeria and in Lagos State in southwestern Nigeria, where he finished his primary education. After his father's death, he moved to Abuja with his mother, who was working in the Ministry of Health. Runtown Music career 2010–2014: Early Beginnings and Breakthrough in music Runtown began his music career in 2007, when he and longtime collaborator Phyno relocated to Lagos to pursue their careers. The duo stayed with J. Martins and contributed to his second studio album, with Runtown not only collaborating but also producing several songs. Through J. Martins, he connected with Timaya, who became a mentor and played a significant role in his growth as an artist. During this period, Runtown honed his skills, learning the intricacies of the music industry while staying with Timaya. In 2011, Runtown officially launched his career by releasing his debut single, "Party Like It's 1980". In 2014, Runtown released "Gallardo", featuring vocals from Davido. The track served as the lead single from his debut studio album, Ghetto University. "Gallardo" achieved commercial success and won the "Best Collaboration of the Year" award at the 2014 edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards. In the same year, media reports suggested that Runtown was involved in writing the song "Aye" for Davido. Addressing these rumors in an interview with the Nigerian Tribune, Runtown stated, "A lot of people have been asking me that question. Davido has had several interviews where he addressed how the song came about. So if you want to learn more about 'Aye,' ask Davido or read his interviews. 2015–2017: Ghetto University and International Success Main articles: Mad Over You and Ghetto University On 23 November 2015, Runtown released his debut studio album titled Ghetto University via MTN Music Plus through Eric Many Entertainment.The album generated over ₦35million on the music portal thus earning him a spot in the list of "Top 5 Most Streamed Artist". On 4 November 2016, Runtown released the ballad "Mad Over You", which charted at number 38 on the Billboard Twitter Top Tracks chart.Joey Akan from Pulse Nigeria described the song as a "self-produced track that draws inspiration from the Ghanaian Alkayida sound".Runtown told The Fader magazine that the song was inspired by African beauty. 2018–2022: Independent Music Ventures and Soundgod Music Group In 2018, Runtown established his record label, Soundgod Music Group, after leaving Eric Many Entertainment due to contractual disputes. Under his label, Runtown continued to release songs, including singles like "Unleash," featuring Fekky, and "For Life. In 2019, Runtown released the EP Tradition, which received critical acclaim for its production quality and Runtown's lyrical prowess. The project included tracks like "Emotions and "Goosebumps. *TOPIC: THERE'S A SCRIPT, HOLD ON.*(Series 5) *Scripture Reading:* Genesis 37:3-4 *"Now Israel (Jacob) loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age; and he made him a [distinctive] multicolored tunic. His brothers saw that their father loved Joseph more than all of his brothers; so they hated him and could not [find it within themselves to] speak to him on friendly terms."*(AMP) Welcome to March, it will be a month of great happenings in all ramifications of your life in Jesus Christ name. Amen! The story of Joseph, the man with the coat of many colors is also someone whom Lord moved away from his father through his siblings in order to fulfill the story that God was writing about him. Emphatically, If Joseph was still with the father, Jacob who had loved him so much, it would have been impossible for what the Lord showed him to comes to pass. *The same way the drama ministry move out of there comfort zone to a location to really be what has written on the script in their hands. Meaning, sometimes, God will have to move you out of your brethren (comfort zone) so as to really fulfill the script written about you.* The love Jacob had for his son was too great that he would have kept him by his side and he would not have learnt the ways of leadership. *When God moved him away, He increased his wisdom to walk towards his vision. God also taught him how to be patient, how to forgive and how to overcome temptations like Portiphar's wife. God used Joseph movement to also make Israel a great nation in Egypt* (In Genesis 45:5 – Joseph said to his brothers *"Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that you sold me here: for God did send me before you to preserve life").* God also used Joseph promotion in Egypt to bring into fulfillment the prophesy He gave to Abraham years before Jacob was born. Genesis 46:3-4 *"And He said, “I am God, the God of your father; do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you (your descendants) a great nation there. I will go down with you to Egypt, and I will also surely bring you (your people) up again; and Joseph will put his hand on your eyes [to close them at the time of your death].”* So, when the Lord change your location, is for a particular reason because the script written down concerning you permit it. *Also, don't be surprise that even in your new location, many challenges or affliction will arise, just to prepare you ahead of future glory. There's a script concerning you, hold on.* To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
