*TOPIC: MARRIAGE: GROW TOGETHER AS COUPLE.*(Series 3) *Scripture Reading:* 1 Peter 3:7 *"In the same way, you husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way [with great gentleness and tact, and with an intelligent regard for the marriage relationship], as with someone physically weaker, since she is a woman. Show her honor and respect as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered or ineffective."*(AMP) I welcome you to the month of MARCH. In this month, your RISING AND SHINING is unstoppable in Jesus Christ name. Amen! For couple to grow together and be in perfect relationship then, it must be in the knowledge of the maker(God). *Your relationship or marriage must not base on your own knowledge, understanding, wisdom, experience, educational level or base it on what you see on social media etc. But let it be base on God's knowledge because He His the manufacturer and founder.* There are so many believers out there that live their lives base on what they watched on some social media e.g Facebook Instagram e.t.c. They believe the word of God is not active enough to guide and help them to build an healthy relationship. Some were wrongly counseled by a divorcee or a single mother or father. Imagine someone taking advice from a fornicators and adulterers on Facebook. What will be the outcome of that relationship? I tell you, it will be disastrous. Growing together can only be achieved through the right channel by the help of the Holy Spirit. The word of God. *Our scripture tells us that for husband to help the wife to grow, he must live with her with understanding because they're weaker vessel.* Ephesians 5:33 affirmed; *"However, each man among you [without exception] is to love his wife as his very own self [with behavior worthy of respect and esteem, always seeking the best for her with an attitude of lovingkindness], and the wife [must see to it] that she respects and delights in her husband [that she notices him and prefers him and treats him with loving concern, treasuring him, honoring him, and holding him dear]."*(AMP) This is the only way to please the Lord and to help your growth in God's knowledge. *Nourishing your spouse, loving them, showing respect, care and encouragement, is vital to your growth together as a couple. Have you taken time enough to nourish your spouse ever since you started the relationship or in that marriage?* To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
