*TOPIC: MARRIAGE, GOD'S REVEALED WILL.*(Series 1) *Scripture Reading:* Matthew 19:1-9 *"And Pharisees came to Jesus, testing Him and asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?” He replied, “Have you never read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined inseparably to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let no one separate."*(3-6 AMP) It quiet unfortunate that many believers don't patiently wait, read, meditate, on knowing the will of God when it comes to marriage. Most christians just believe once they're mature and working class, and born again, they can proceed in getting married to fulfill God's Blessings on man right from the beginning to multiply and have their own kinds but fails to really know the will of God for MARRIAGE. *At the cause of this series, the Holy Spirit will be helping us to truly understand the revealed will of God concerning MARRIAGE. Is divorce part of the arrangements of God right from the beginning or not and what are the liable things that can result into unplanned divorce if not careful even in a christian home?* Marriage has been and will always be a holy institution between God's children, a man and a woman. Its not merely a contract. It’s a covenant. We must understand this clearly that marriage is between two believing souls, knowing the Lord and doing His will and representing the Lord wherever they're. So, it's not a contract between a man and a woman but a Covenant that is zeal by God their father. From the beginning, marriage is between a man and woman that knows and fear the Lord in all they do. Is between a man and a woman that has passion for the things of God. Is between a man and a woman that has the spiritual understanding of who God is, His do's and don't. Is between a man and a woman that possess God's wisdom, knowledge and understanding to decode the mystery, the deep things of God. *"Then Adam said, “This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.” For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed or embarrassed."*(Genesis 2:23-25 AMP) To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace.
